A restored century old cunucu farmhouse near Palm Beach, still run out of the kind of thick walled, thatch roofed building the island's countryside used to be full of before the resorts arrived. Keshi yena, a wheel of Edam hollowed out and packed with spiced chicken, is the dish the restaurant built its name on and the one regulars order without opening the menu. Wednesday and Saturday nights add a folkloric dance show between courses, worth timing the reservation around if it interests you.
