Four miles of casino resorts, each one built to out-theme the last, a fake Eiffel Tower, a fake Venice and a fake Statue of Liberty within sight of each other in a stretch you can walk in an evening. It photographs best after dark once every marquee is lit, and the pedestrian bridges between resorts are the only way to cross safely at the busiest corners. Wear better shoes than you think you need, the Strip is longer on foot than it looks on a map.
